We have been house sitting for the past 8 months since we have been in Asia, for another family who has been in the states. They have 3 preschoolers and had started inviting all of the women in the neighborhood who wanted to come with their preschoolers to come every Monday morning. Imagine my suprise when they continued to show up after we moved in and expected me to fascilitate the group. I am not a mother nor do I know much about preschoolers, but this is a picture from my Mother of Preschoolers group in my front yard! I am the only member who consistently shows up with out a preschooler!
About half of the women in the group are muslim while the other half are hindu. I have been able to practice language with the women and even share some stories along with a helper. Each week we also do a story time with the kids and share a story in their language. This week one of the women with whom I had shared asked me for a copy of The Book in her language. Please pray for Wayan, that Dad will speak to her through His word and change her heart.
