Since Jordan's parents arrived we have really been on the move. We travelled with them to the mountains where it was cool and ate at a tea house for lunch.
Then we met some curious monkeys on the side of the road.
They were very greedy.
So Bill had a talk with them about sharing food and not stealing. They seemed attentive.
Jody swung from the trees like a monkey himself.
We visited a hot spring and swam with the locals.
And we visited a gorgeous mountain river...but it was too cold to swim there.

Surviving Jet Lag
After a grueling 38 hour flight, Jordan's parents arrived in Asia safely this week. We have had a grand time showing them around their first day here. We visitied a Hindu temple at the foot of a volcano,
saw beautiful views of the rice fields,
and went to dinner at a fancy restaurant...where dad promptly fell asleep. Even in his sleep, he still looks happy to be here.
He managed to carry on conversations in his jet-lag induced state!
