Snow cones...sort of

It has been really hot here lately...high 90's with 80% humidity during the day and 88 degrees in my room when I go to sleep at night with no AC! But we found this great little restaurant that serves the local version of a snow cone and we go there at least once a week. It is made with ice, coconut milk, palm sugar, cut up avocado and jackfruit, and jello made from seaweed! YUMMY!
